1. In this Zoom session, we will assist you in identifying which aspects of your portfolio to highlight and provide you with expert advice that applies to all aspects of your business. We will also help you create an action plan with timelines to achieve success.
2. You will receive personalized advice to create an action plan that will help you achieve your short and medium-term professional goals.
3. Our team will summarized the improvements suggested to your creative style and provide recommendations on references or points of inspiration that you can apply to your work.
4. You will receive a document outlining the improvements and suggestions discussed during the session concerning you, your product, or project.
5. Towards the end of the session, we will dedicate some time to sharing keys, tools, and methodologies that we discussed during the call to help you apply the insights gained to your work.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. After making your purchase, you will receive a form to fill out, and we will contact you via email to schedule our session.
2. When scheduling your session, you will need to do two things:

Firstly, fill out the form so that our team can identify the areas you want us to work on, analyze your brand, and focus on your needs. By the time we meet, our team will be prepared to share valuable insights with you.

Secondly, you will have access to our CALENDLY platform, where you can choose the most convenient time slot that works with your calendar and availability.

We recommend arriving five minutes early on the day of the session to maximize every minute of our time together.

1. The session will be recorded so that you can review it at any time and as many times as you wish.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

When booking a 101 session with Creatives in Craft, THE CLIENT accepts and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

Payment must be made in full and prior to each individual session using the payment platforms provided by CREATIVES IN CRAFT for THE CLIENT. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. If THE CLIENT cancels the session, they must do so in writing and notify us a minimum of 72 hours in advance to be eligible to reschedule. Sessions canceled within less than 72 hours cannot be rescheduled, without exception. THE CLIENT may only reschedule the session one (1) time, in the case of circumstances beyond their control and properly documented.

If THE CLIENT is late for the session, the time cannot be compensated. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, THE CLIENT acknowledges that they are familiar with the work of CREATIVES IN CRAFT and the scope of the consultancy's services. The session does not include any follow-up or support after its completion through personal and/or electronic means of communication. No downloadable materials or additional support beyond the ones included in each session will be provided by CREATIVES IN CRAFT, and the connections shared during the session are solely for THE CLIENT to develop and work on.

Each session will be recorded and made available to THE CLIENT. By making the payment, THE CLIENT agrees to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of this Contract.
